Job Description:
Provide assistance and general information to shoppers in the Shopping Mall.
Handle the administrative work relating to the events and promotions at the
centre.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 1-2 years' customer service experience
* Customer-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
* Computer literate
* Must speak Mandarin to Mandarin speaking shoppers
* Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public
holidays
* Only Singaporean, PR and Malaysian need apply
* 3 Rotating Shifts: 10am to 6pm, 12pm to 8pm, 2pm to 10pm
