Job responsibilities:

An enthusiastic and self motivated individual, you will maintain and take care of the day-to-day reception operations of the company which include:

* Provide front desk duties including registration, transfering of calls
* Counter administrative work.
* Provide quality customer service to Clients
* Proficiency in English, Mandarin for corporate and walk-in Clients
* Any other duties assigned from time to time.
* Handle courier, sort and distribute daily mails, faxes and documents
* Monitor and order stationeries, office equipments and pantry items
* Arrange vendors for service maintenance when required
* General filing and other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

· GCE 'N' level and above with 1 year experience in reception / administrative duties
· Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Independent, pleasant and pro-active
· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred

· 5.5 days work week
· Able to work in the West area.

We are a regional publishing company (print media) based in Singapore. We are a highly entrepreneurial set-up, with a young, fun and dynamic team. We currently have vacancies for the following positions:

Senior Designer

Requirements:

- Should have minimum 2 years experience in a graphic design role or as a freelance designer
- Should have either a degree or diploma in design or related field
- A high standard of English proficiency is a must, both written and spoken
- A highly professional outlook, an ability to meet deadlines, and an outgoing and positive disposition

Job Scope:

- Will be responsible for design and layout editing of our magazine and print media content
- Will have responsibility for creative direction of all our products, working closely with the Managing Editor
- May be required to perform a supervisory/leadership role, managing a team of more junior desiginers


This role is open to both full time and part time applicants. Part time applicants should be prepared to commit approximately 20-25 hours per week. Actual work hours will be flexible and we will be able to accommodate your schedule as long as deadlines are met.


Remuneration: $2,010 to $2,530 per month (depending on qualifications and experience). This will be pro-rated for part time staff.

Requirements:

- This position is open to students undertaking their diploma or degree studies in design or a related field

- Some prior experience (including freelance) will be beneficial though not strictly necessary


Job Scope:

- Will be responsible for design and layout editing of our magazine and print media content
- Work will mainly be centred around static graphic design but may also include occasional web projects
- The internship will be on an ongoing basis and will not be only for the duration of the school holidays


This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain on-the-job experience while studying, giving them an exposure into the world of commercial print media, as well as the experience of working for an ambitious, entrepreneurial company with a regional and global outlook.

Actual working hours can be tailored according to your academic schedule but expect to commit a minimum of 10-15 hours per week (can include weekday evenings and weekends).


Remuneration: An allowance of $800 to $1,000 will be provided for interns
