General  Responsibilities
•    Manage  a  team  of  3  -  4  technical  staff  on  day‐to‐day  operational  matters.
•    Plan  and  schedule  manpower  deployment
•    Advise  customers  on  technical  matters  and  suggest  options  to  resolve  the  problem.
•    Handles  daily  support  enquiries;  phone,  email  and  on‐site  enquiries
•    Support  includes  troubleshooting  /  installing  hardware  (PCs,  notebooks,  servers,  switches,  networking,  etc)
and  software  /  operating  system  (Windows,  Solaris,  etc)
•    Ensure  timely  response  is  being  carried  out  by  the  technical  staff  with  close  supervision  /  followup  by  himself /  herself
Requirement
•    Mature,  responsible  and  good  time‐management  skill  are  essential
•    Requires  minimum  supervision
•    Able  to  handle  customers  /  partners  /  vendors  in  a  professional  manner
•    Prior  experience  in  handling  technical  matters,  such  as  installing  &  troubleshooting  hardware  /software  issues
is  required.
•    Language  required  :  Good  written  and  spoken  English
