Job responsibilities:
An enthusiastic and self motivated individual, you will maintain and take care of the day-to-day reception operations of the company which include:
    * Provide front desk duties including registration, transfering of calls
    * Counter administrative work.
    * Provide quality customer service to Clients
    * Proficiency in English, Mandarin for corporate and walk-in Clients
    * Any other duties assigned from time to time.
    * Handle courier, sort and distribute daily mails, faxes and documents
    * Monitor and order stationeries, office equipments and pantry items
    * Arrange vendors for service maintenance when required
    * General filing and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
· GCE 'N' level and above with 1 year experience in reception / administrative duties
· Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Independent, pleasant and pro-active
· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
· only Singaporean or PR need apply
· 5.5 days work week
· Able to work in the West area.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently are essential for this role.
