Job Scope:
For IT Technician / Assistant Engineer:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical assistance to corporate users.
• General Microsoft Windows IT Support.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista
• Familiar with Active Directory on Microsoft Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008.
• Set-up new workstation (desktop/laptop), add network printers, familiar with migration of Microsoft Outlook and user files from old to new workstation.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and setup.
• Familiar with general hardware replacement i.e harddisk, ram etc.
• Perform related duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Application is strictly opened to Singaporean, Singapore PR and Malaysians only.
• "N" Level (For IT Technician)
• Diploma in relevant field. (For Assistant Engineer)
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Preferable to have 1 to 2 years working experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be willing to commute to clients sites in Singapore. (Travel allowance will be provided on top of basic pay)
Other Information:
• Working Hours from 0900 to 1800 Mon-Fri only
• There won’t be any standby or after hours duties required as we normally operate during working hours.
