Job Responsibilities:
• Handling of visitor/guests and incoming calls
• Respond to general enquiries from internal and external parties
• Maintain knowledge of existing personnel and organisation structure
• Mails records and allocation
• Arrange and record all incoming/outgoing local and overseas couriers for all staff
• Coordination for lunch catering
• Ensure that the reception area is well kept
• Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Diploma
• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
