The Challenges
The candidate shall work in the Finance Shared Services center and shall be responsible for discharging the following duties:
- Handle day-to-day financial matters, month end and year end accounts closing;
- Prepare monthly and year-end audit schedules;
- Confirm mthly inter-company transactions and ensure inter-company balances are settled on a regular basis;
- Maintain profile for research projects, track budget utilization, timely reporting of the spending status, and submission of fund request to funding organizations
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation and resolve reconciling items;
- Responsible for preparing GST & statistical submissions to local authorities;

The Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Business / Commerce, with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with SAP System will be an added advantage
