Responsibilities:
· Overall leadership responsibility of managing the Enterprise Sales team for Voice/Data related products
focusing on Corporate market segment, as well as the Pre/Post-sales Support Team
· Responsible for achieving sales targets for all Voice/Data products
· Lead and coach team members on sales presentation, quotations and tendering activities
· Manage and ensure that all Pre/Post-sales staff are trained and certified to handle company’s product portfolio
· Work closely with Marketing, Telesales and other internal departments to develop go-to-market strategies
· Close follow-up and account management of existing customers on up-selling opportunities and maintenance
contracts.
Requirements:
· Degree holders preferred, Diploma holders with relevant experiences and proven track records will be
considered.
· At least 8 years of experience in Telecoms/Infocomm industry (of which, at least 3 years of people
management) with proven sales track records and strong market contacts in Corporate/Enterprise segment
· Strong leadership ability to motivate and inspire team members
· Result orientated, self motivated and team player
· Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
· Analytical mind
· Independent and with good work attitude
· Good knowledge in PBX, VoIP, Wireless LAN, or Unified Communications (UC) is a must
· Experience with IDD voice is an advantage
