Position Summary:
Specific Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities: 
- Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail) to agreed budgets and timescales.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Prepares marketing materials support and product-related content for all Product Literature, Competitor Comparisons, Customer Presentations, Educational Materials and Operating Instructions.
- Assist superior in coordinating regional marketing requirements
- Account Management Responsibilities
- Liaising with New/Existing Customers on new/existing requirements of the Share Plans.
- Liaising with IT on the requirements and enhancements to the System accordingly.
- Demonstrating of our in-house developed Share Plans system to customers.
- Preparing proposals for new customers who are interested in our System.
- Monitoring regulatory changes to the Share Plans.
S$2,100 to S$2,400 depending on experience
