- Analyse and provide data and information on customer behaviour and trends I.e. Supplier shipment forecast against order intakes to be reviewed on monthly basis for forecast purpose
- Manage the Spare Parts item master database in ensuring accurate data entries are made available in SAP System including Prices.
- Build good customer rapport through consistent contact with Distributors and OEM customers gather feedback and execute corrective/ preventive action plans to improve customer satisfaction level
- Manage the customer complaints process ensure all complaints are resolved promptly and to review the category of complaints for continual improvement
- Support Inventory Management for Spare Parts.
- Maintain accounts for Government sector from Bidding Submission Entering to completion of Tender under GeBiz Initiative.
- Co-ordinate and communicate with HQ and suppliers.
- Co-ordinate with SEA representative offices and distributors to ensure prompt delivery.
- Coordinating Sales mainly for the Asia Pacific Offices & Government Sector (Singapore & Hong Kong)
- Prepare & Bid Quotations Tender Documents under the Singapore Government’s GeBiz Initiative.
- Coordinating oversea Sales include preparing of shipping documents
- Indoor Sales
