0030-Precast Concrete Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate production staff in achieving production objectives
- Co-ordinate and schedule job duties for all production workforce at yard
- Good housekeeping of production areas and assigned areas
- Inspect and supervise all daily production prior to casting and conduct checking on finished product
- Maintain discipline in the entire workforce
- Overall in-charge of foreman and all production workers
- Prepare monthly report of Production
- Quality Control of Concrete production in Casting RC pile
- Report all safety incidents
- Responsible and maintenance proper safety standard in the casting yard
- Responsible for proper arrangement of pile stacking for storage and subsequent pile despatch
- Responsible for the coordination of crane operators inclusive of arrangement duty and lunch schedule
- Update daily production and pile records
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the this field
- Fluent in English and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
